Staying at Selah was a wonderful experience! Gina is a warm and friendly host, who has thought of everything to make guests feel welcome. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Checking in, checking out, and purchasing beach badges were extremely easy processes. The location of the house is perfect for beach access and all the activities of Ocean Grove and Asbury Park. We highly recommend Selah and would definitely stay here again.

Although we've been coming to Ocean Grove for decades, we've just discovered Selah. We're so glad we did! It's an incredibly lovely place to stay. We didn't get to meet Nancy and Lance, but ewnjoyed getting to know Gina who is a very gracious hostess and keeps Selah immaculately clean and fresh. There is a nice selection of options for a light breakfast as well as snacks throughout the day. The location is excellent,  right at the beach with plenty to do within walking distance. We enjoyed the porch, as well as the living room. The house is light, bright and airy and the views are spectacular. We look forward to coming back!

Nearby activities: Ocean Grove is packed with things to do, from daily Bible Hour to Sunday worship, concerts, plays and other programs, plus shopping and beautiful clean beaches. Asbury Park is an easy walk away with additional entertainment options.

Walkability: There is a wonderful boardwalk that stretches for miles to the north and south. Very easy for early morning bike rides, or a nice walk anytime. The town itself is very walkable; each block has beautiful omes and gardens to enjoy.

Just had the PERFECT Mother's Day with my 90 year old mom at Selah! Had a hard time finding an appropriate place to bring her but Selah was everything I wanted and more! It was on the beach, had a balcony, and even an ELEVATOR! My family met us for dinner on Mother's Day in Asbury Park and owner, Gina, allowed all 7 of us to go back to this beautiful bed and breakfast for dessert with our own cake. We were able to make fresh coffee to go with it right there. The best part was waking up to watch the sunrise right from bed from this corner property! I recommend this beautiful place highly. Gina could not have been nicer!

I can't say enough good things about this lovely B&B. The location is prime - within 5 minutes of the awesome Asbury Park restaurant scene, while still perfectly nestled in the quiet charm of Ocean Grove. The innkeeper Gina is so kind and welcoming without being overly in your business...as someone who normally shies away from B&Bs because of that dynamic, she struck the perfect balance between helpful and intrusive. After just one stay, I'm an instant regular! The place - in a word, stunning. My friend and I reserved rooms 1 and 2, which meant we had the ocean-front terrace that connected and the rooms adjoined. It was the perfect girls trip getaway!! Room 2 is massive with a huge sitting area, and Room 1 is perfectly sized for one or two people. The whole place is decorated well, is clean and modernized, has a great setup for breakfast, private bathrooms with every amenity, and the BED so comfortable. I'll honestly have a hard time staying anywhere else!! Thank you Selah for a wonderful stay and can't wait to be back!

What a wonderful place!  Everything about my stay there was wonderful.   The owner was so kind and Gina, the inn keeper was amazing and does everything she can to make your stay enjoyable.  She definitely goes above and beyond.  I will definitely be back.  Found my "go-to, get-away"!!  In 2024 I went back and I can say I still rave about this place.  You will not be disappointed.  Best place to stay!!

Home away from home.   One of the most comfortable B&B’s we have stayed at.  Very clean and beautifully decorated.  Great place to spend time watching the waves and relaxing.  Ocean Grove is a charming Victorian town.

Rooms: The minute you walked into the property you felt right at home.  The decor both in public and private areas was beautifully minimalistic.

Walkability: Once you park your car, you can walk to most restaurants and historic areas.  The boardwalk which is right across street from property, is a great place to walk
